When I heard about the charity and how they were established, I was immediately drawn to find out more.  Their mission to transform the lives and mental health of adults and children through sport and physical activity really resonates with me and my own values. 

I am delighted to be a part of the team, constantly inspired by what they deliver to help transform the lives of those they work with.

1:1 Nutrition Coaching

Becky is a BTN Academy certified nutrition coach and fellow runner.

I have personally worked with Becky and she has supported a number of the runners I work with.  

Becky has a fantastic coaching style which educates the people she works with on all aspects of nutrition – She empowers them to have confidence in their approach to nutrition and I trust her results 100%.

If you are looking for advice on how to fuel your body, eat the right foods and learn more about your personal nutrition then I can highly recommend Becky.  She can show you how understanding you own nutrition needs can support you in achieving your running and fitness goals and being a healthy, happy runner.

Staff Health & Wellbeing

Alongside my passion for running, I have a keen interest in health and wellbeing.

I firmly believe that if you look after your own wellbeing then the benefits to your physical and mental health are significantly improved.

This led me to some work with the NHS and a number of Corporate partners on the delivery of a health and wellbeing programme for their staff and teams.

Through this work, I have supported staff through a structured running programme.  We meet weekly, face to face and run together as a group.  the package includes videos on different aspects of running, information on strength and injury prevention and direct support with running whether people are just starting their journey or looking to improve their existing programme.
