“The running course has greatly benefited my general well being and in particular my mental health. I have been struggling with grief and the running course is giving me the distraction and focus I need to help me through this very difficult time in my life.  The course has inspired me to run 3 times throughout the week which is helping my fitness levels and planned weight loss. Vicki has been an exceptionally encouraging and supportive coach, expertly balancing the needs of those of us new to running and those who are more experienced.  It’s team building to run with others who work in the Trust and to forge those social connections with staff in other departments which we don’t have the opportunity to do during the working day.
